Returns & Exchanges

Due to the limited availability of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for an exchange of the same amount spent, provided it is sent back within 7 days, in its original packaging, with all tags attached, and in perfect, saleable condition. Jewelry and items marked "Final Sale," however, are not returnable. 

Returns that are damaged, worn, or missing original packaging and hangtags will not be accepted. If an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, the return may be refused.

Exchanges will be processed within approximately 5 to 7 business days after we receive your returned items.

Product Availability

We strive to ensure that our website runs smoothly and that the products displayed are available. However, as our collections are produced in limited runs and released in high-demand drops, we cannot guarantee product availability or uninterrupted access to the website.

All orders placed are subject to availability and acceptance by XTAL. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to update or remove products without prior notice and may limit purchase quantities during a single buying session. Additionally, we may modify or discontinue any product at any time. If XTAL discontinues a product you’ve purchased but not yet received, you will receive a full refund.
