Shipping

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and verification and 3-7 business days for delivery.

  • We ship orders from our UK and US locations, depending on product availability.

  • Orders will not be shipped on Weekends or Holidays.

  • Orders to the 48 contiguous U.S. states will be shipped at a flat rate of $13 USD
    * Due to their geographic location, orders to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Guam will have a shipping fee of $25 USD

  • Orders within the UK will be shipped at a flat rate of £13

  • Any order with a value above $250 will qualify for free shipping.

  • Shipping costs for international orders will vary depending on the destination.

  • Please be aware that customs, duty fees, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility for any destination outside of the U.S. We are not responsible for parcels returned due to unpaid fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances.

  • Please review and confirm your shipping address before submitting your order. Once the order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed or modified. If an invalid address is provided, it may cause delays in processing and delivery. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier information.

  • Due to high order volume, we are unable to cancel orders and can only process them as they are received. Additionally, we cannot combine shipping for multiple orders going to the same address.

  • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Any claims must be made between the buyer and carrier.
