Shreya makes sure everything happens at XTAL. With a background in fashion, print, and running her own businesses, she’s the force that keeps things moving behind the scenes—managing production, logistics, timelines, and all the little details that bring each drop to life.

She’s all about precision and purpose, ensuring every piece is thoughtfully made and delivered with care. Her passion for sustainability runs deep, and she’s constantly pushing to make the process cleaner, smarter, and more intentional (and a little bit iconic.)
